Right, Right = LB Shift Right
Right, Left = LB Left
Right, Down, = LB Pinch
Right Up = LB Spread
Right, Right (analog) = LOLB Blitz
Right, Left (analog) = ROLB Blitz
Right, Down (analog) = ALL LB Blitz
Right, Up (analog) ALL LB Zone

Left, Right = DL Shift Right
Left, Left = DL Shift Left
Left, Down = DL Pinch
Left, Up = DL Spread
Left, Right (analog) = Crash Right
Left, Left (analog) = Crash Left
Left, Down (analog) = Crash Middle
Left, UP (analog) = Pass

Down, Right = Curl to Flat Zone
Down, Left = Flat Zone
Down, Down = Blitz
Down, Up = Hook Zone
Down, Right (analog) = QB Contain
Down, Left (analog) = QB Spy
Down, Down (analog) = Man Coverage
Down, Up (analog) = Deep 2A

Up, Right = Man Align
Up, Left = Show Blitz
Up, Down, = Press Coverage
Up, Up = Back off Coverage
Up, Right (analog) = Zones to Right
Up, Left (analog) = Zones to Left
Up, Down (analog) = Zones to Middle
Up, Up (analog) = Zones to Sidelines

OFFENSE:

Right = Motion Right (select person to motion)
Left = Motion Left (select person to motion)

Down, Right = Block Right
Down, Left = Block Left
Down, Down = Pinch Blockers
Down, Up = Aggressive

Up, Receiver Icon, Right = Out Right
Up, Receiver Icon, Left = Out Left
Up, Receiver Icon, Down = Curl
Up, Receiver Icon, Up = Streak
Up, Receiver Icon, Right (analog) = Slant Right
Up, Receiver Icon, Left (analog) = Slant Left
Up, Receiver Icon, Down (analog) = Drag
Up, Receiver Icon Up (analog) = Fade
Up, Receiver Icon L2 (or left trigger) = Block Left
Up, Receiver Icon R2 (right trigger) = Block Right
Up, Receiver Icon R3 (idk press right analog stick) = Smart Route (receiver makes route to reach 1st down marker)

thanks for the post but i still hate this strat-pad with a passion. i thought that ea was going to go back to the original way of using the buttons?

i was expecting the controls to go back to the old way of using the RS and the A,X,B,Y buttons for all of the hot-routes etc.

how do you turn it off? I saw settings and put on to be like madden 10 commands but the pad is still there?
