46 Defense (Speed Package)

DTs - Kris Jenkins and Pouha
DEs - Jason Taylor and Calvin Pace
CBs 1-2 - D. Revis and Cromartie

WOLB/SOLB - I believe its Wilson and Lowery
MLB - Harris

SS - B. Pool
FS - J. Leonhard

Now this is difficult because unlike the Raiders and Cowboys, the Jets lack speed with their Safeties and linebackers. And I really don't know why I use the Jets but it's probably because I have no experience running with Cowboys and Raiders and people running with those teams know them like the back of their hand.

Last year I ran with Chargers and back in the day I used Vikings with Culpepper, Moss and Michael Bennett Smile

I guess I should consider switching, but for now I am open for suggestions. If I move Cro to SS/FS and replace him with Wilson, I bolster my S position but lose considerable strength at my 2nd cornerback spot.

Definitely move Shaun Ellis to DT over Pouha.

As far as your secondary goes, i would leave it how it is. I would consider subbing out Lowery on your 46 speed package and putting Bart Scott there for extra run support and hit power.

I agree with Titan, move Ellis to DT, but try Gholston at DE, more strength than Taylor or Pace at DE and also faster. Can use Gholston to contain or spy flats while leaving Taylor as ur fastest LB.
