How would you guys use this defense, and would you recommend man or zone?

any zone play with the nickel back blitzing I would Reblitz the OLB on that side to occupy the Tackle & spy or purple zone the other OLB. I'd user the FS or one of the MLB's.

IE. 3 weak roll, CB Fox Blitz, Inside blitz 3 , SS blitz


I don't really like this formation for deep route coverage with 3+ WRs or heavy run sets. More for the tweener plays on 1st downs against 2 WR sets. 4-10 yard routes. (Cover 2's & Cover 3's with your own adjustments to add pressure.)
