how do you decide your base play when labbing a new scheme on offense

how would you set up dallas depth chart on defense since jason williams has been gone

I'm struggling with my shotgun offense. I want to know some good passing plays from Buffalo's shotgun formations.. Quick Passes that are dependable.. and man beaters..
