hey guys hope this helps i run a 46 speed package so that what its for and the bottom one is for 3-3-5 bear run D
DT1: Wilfork
DT2: Ellis
( sub in haynesworth if you want to like if you need more size, or for run D or some1 is tired,etc.)
RE:josh barrett(89 speed absolute beast)
LE: Gary Guyton(85 speed beast)
(sub in cunningham if one of the guys is getting tired)
Mlb: mayo
CB1: Mccourty
CB2: Dowling
CB3: Butler
CB4: Wilhite or bodden (depending on if you playing zone or man)
SS: Chung
FS: meriweather
For run D from the 46 i just take out barrett and put ellis there and haynesworth at DT2 so you have 3 big guys or you can put cunningham in who might have less speed than barrett but is better at playing the run... and i turn speed package off
