"zfarls" swoop

Whatsup guys was wondering how do you do the "zfarls" swoop can you post a tutorial on it peace and love

ya i keep hearing u use talk about the Z farls swoop also and have no idea how to do it i def seen how effective it can be in the right hands would like to see a little turtorial on how to do it timing and what best to do it for.. I seen gibs do it in Run D and Z farls when running the ball lol
