PA X CLOWN HELP!!

sup guys

was tryin out the PA X Clown in the lab cause i've heard good things about it but i cant seem to get it to work....i remember gibs and farls mentioning it was in a TWIM episode but i cant find it

anyone happen to know which episode it is where they explain how to set up this play?

Put 2 WRs as blockers, block your RB.. then roll out, and keep pump faking.. then when the WR gets pass the safety, bomb it deep =p

some Qbs just dnt got the arm for it though so watch how you throw it...You mite throw it flatter than lets say a Big Ben or someone of that nature

I think clown is the most overrated/overhyped play in madden history. Is it good? ya', but I do not think the clown route itself is overly effective period. This play is legendary and I don't see why honestly. It's a decent hail mary play the way Gibs shows it when you roll out and I do use it often with TJax on roll outs that blue route is deadly with a route over top of it but still it's not what it's presented to be by most imo. I here a lot of people act like all you ever have to do in madden is come out in PA X Clown game over td every time but I'll take a play like WR drag over that any day or 689 hook which is deserving of it's hype.

the X clown's hype was built last year when anytime u saw snugs that was the play every time....And u better user that route or it is a TD every time, maybe it was a TD even when u did user it...lol

But now it still works, not as well, but it still works... if you dnt click on and user swat/pic it, it is a catch for a big gain

I gave up on the X clown...it's nowhere near as effective as it was last year. The safeties no longer follow the QB like they used to do..

x clown is very effective in using the clown rte as a dcoy hit em a couple of times with the clown rte and then slant your hb to the clown rte side motion him to the same side as the clown then snap it just b4 he sets you should get a nice animation where he jets off the line. play is deadly vs anytype of man cov. if all else fails that delay blue rte is $
