Alright guys, thanks for the advice. Im getting excited to do it. I hit the gym fairly well, but just need a change of pace/boost/kick in the ass/ and im thinking this is it.
I only have about an hour, so driving to the gym and then back takes too much time, this way I can get right into it.
I just picked up a pull up bar, (I can do about 8 chinups, but no pull ups yet) will have a chair ready, some dumbbells, a yoga mat, a towel, exercise ball. Anything else?
Looking forward to cutting down for the warmer weather as its easy to get stronger but pack them on in the winter!
