Let me make one thing clear, I am not accusing anyone. I know that some people do have this problem though and are wondering why they can't make it to that next level. Have you ever tried having your own offensive gameplan or running your own plays? Try staying away from playbooks or formations that are overused and look for something unique. If nobody has seen what you are doing before, don't you think it would be tougher to stop? I don't know about you, but I find using the same old recycled stuff is boring. Even the NFL is a copy cat league, but coaches always add there own twist on things. I for one love having an offense that I can call my own. I'm constantly tweaking and testing it to make sure it can reach its full potential. Don't get me wrong, anything found from Madden websites is great. There is nothing wrong with looking up or purchasing anything. In fact, I suggest it because it can only make you smarter. Don't you think the person behind it wants you to become better player? They are not just packaging some money plays together and handing them to you. They want you to learn something from it and for you to become better overall. You should be able to take what you learned there and apply the concepts elsewhere. I'm sure there will always be something that you missed out on, but that's what they are for. Madden isn't rocket science, you just have to have the right knowledge. It doesn't take years and years to become great, it is just a video game. Look at kornstar for example. He joined the scene late in 2007 and had one of the best offenses around that year. He is still an elite player today and will continue to be. This is just something to keep in mind, it can make the game much more interesting and you will be a lot tougher to beat. Don't think you have to exclusively use your own stuff either. Sometimes I like to use plays or a scheme from somewhere else as a start and then build off of that. This will give you many more options to choose from and give your opponent more things that he has to defend. I'm not saying every player out there is perfect and is great at labbing. I'm saying that if they don't understand why things work and apply them to create their own schemes they will never become great
