| http://www.gamespot.com/news/6260082.html the deepest madden ever imo....play scriptiong (online to), strat pad (yet to knw what it really is), new "maybe harder" kicking system... YOU CAN SEE WHO YOUR OL BLOCKS I saw this used in a NCAA hands on (another site) and it works great....on option run plays it shows (in red) who is un blocked.... But NCAA has a homefield advantage system that messes with the playart (it shakes it) and madden ahouldnt have the homefield advantage so all of the blocking art should be clear as day.....I already could tell who my OL was going to block pre play because of alignment but this will help alot Its OVER im playing 11 year round | |

| I have spent the last hour reading all of the madden hands on and I found that the sprint trigger has been taken out of the default settings. Now the default settings will rely on how far you press the L stick in a direction+ acc= how fast you go... But dont fear (how I did..lol) you can choose to put it back how it was in 10 (sprint based trigger) Now all this talk about gameflow....From what I heared it pretty much like no huddle but you have a different play and you dont fatigue like a no huddle; if that makes since.....I still havent read on how this will effect 1 vs 1 games. What will the defense do????? That is my main question.... But that is EA's way to speed up games. Which makes ME believe that they are doing nothing to online games when your opp quits, since if your opp quits on the 1st play of the game you can "gameflow" and your entire game will be 30 mins....So you guys can do the math if your opp quits in lets say the 3rd or 4th Q And you can script plays to work with your "game flow" which is called "gameplan".....which lets me believe that I will pack all of my $$$ play in there and I can call my bread and butter plays from the playcall screen.... this adds alot of depth in playcalling Lets say you are someone that gets in a funk and calls the same old stale plays over and over in a game you can "gameplan" to get you playcalling back on pace...this will be huge for online..imo anyway I talked about OL blocking earlier the stratigey pad has been rumored to bring back PS2/Xbox playmakers.....but its a rumor so u never know....... And earlier this week it was confermed that there will be 3vs3 games online......I dont knw if it will be 3 random players vs 3 randoms or 3 friends vs 3 friends | |

| 1. u should already kno ur Oline is blocking
2. just cuz they are supposed to be blocked doesnt mean they will be blocked(hence the block shedding stat)
3. as we all things like that arent necassarily available in all pro/madden
4. there is nothing they can put in the game to turn any player from bum2baller overnight everyone has to put in the time/focus to be good every year cuz we all kno someone who used to be good at madden. think about how many didnt have wat it took to be good in the Vision Cone Era | |

| I agree with all 4 points 1. I already can tell who my OL blocks because of their position presnap, and I bet a whole lot of casual players could as well...im just saying 2. As said in the NCAA video a defender wont just make a play becuz of being unblocked by the AI, the defender will have to make a play...and that will be based on ratings and hopefully leverage 3. I dont see why anything I listed wont be on all pro/madden since the gameplan/flow will be able to be used online....Then all that is really left is the OL playart which i dont see why it wont be useable on all madden or all pro 4. I 100% agree....IMO these tools that EA is giving us will widen the gap between elite and bums.. Bums will not take the time or have the stick to get all that the duel run controls can give you...Bums wont push the gameflow/plan feature to the max....And Bums wont take the time to learn what works and dnt work in the game. | |

| lol. All i can imagine are bums using the gameplan system and inserting the same play for every situation.
This should make it severely easy for the more experienced players on defense. If you figure someone is using the system you know he's only going to call certain plays on certain situations. Should make players even more predictable. | |

| it could make it easier but at the same time it might not cuz their is less time to set up your defense | |

"Bums" are gonna look at all the new stuff.. who doesn't.. They would definitely use the GameFlow feature because according to the "what is a bum?" topic, they are lamers/glitchers/cheesers. You can select the same $$ play every down without having to pick the play... You'll have the Tennessee Titans users with a playbook using Strong Close - Off-Tackle, Goalline - Off-Tackle, and Singleback - Tight Flex - Off-Tackle.. which all of these plays will be in their gameflow.. just in random order. That would definitely be annoying.. I would rather waste my time, making the player chose the plays individually, than spend little time, getting off-tackled to death. Can we stop saying bums? The guy commented on how it looks better... It looks better because they actually switched the play selection screen to Madden. They also adjusted that STUPID camera angle to see your play art. You used to press R2 and you would look directly over the field.. it was so annoying.. It was like shaking the screen left to right when your playing a friend offline.
I LOVE the new ESPN scoreboard at the bottom.. It looks great.. I hated the old way of selecting plays. There were 4 small squares that made a larger square, and you would press one of the four buttons. They would change depending on which play you had selected. It was used to hide what play you were doing.. It works but I like the way you can hide play selection now.. In Madden, you just have to hold the button of the play you want, then you can keep scrolling. Release when you are ready, and the play you held the button on will be the play called. | |
