Yep.. The kick off for Madden leagues will be 8/10 or later.. The game comes out that day. You can do the team draft before you get the game.

It's also for NCAA 11.

What is the difference between fair play leagues and fair play franchise leagues? Is one a just only for one season and one the continues for multiple seasons?

The regular leagues are "play now" leagues played with the latest updated online rosters, and are run via LeagueDaddy.com. The franchise/dynasty leagues are full blown franchises/dynasites ran with EA's online franchise/dynasty feature. Regular league seasons will each be about month long with a 4+1 format (4 week regular season + 1 week playoffs). Franchise leagues will most probably (tentatively) be following a 8+2 format (8 week regular season + 2 week playoffs) to account for people's gametime scheduling issues. Hope that helps; -thanks!
