is this dumb n unrealistic

I'm in a franchise and he has a 4th down rule, anything from 4th n 3 n less u can go for it, 4th n 4 or higher u punt or fg, but he says be realistic so if ur own ur own 20 u should punt but its not mandatory he says, its 12-3 me in 2nd qtr under a minute left i'm on his 36 yard line and its 4th n 3, i line up for FG and it's a 53 yarder and my last fg was a 47 yarder and it just barely made it with full power plus he has a cheap *** connection that lags the game, so i call timeout out and to go for it, he gets mad and runs offsides and hits my qb, then quits game and says i play dumb n unrealistic lmaoo, i didnt break any rules im on his 36 and he wants me to punt lmaoo, but check this out, he says if ur winning in 4th qtr u getta punt no matter what even if its 4th n inches, so i say im up by 1 point on ur goaline line 4th n inches i getta kick fg he says yup any nfl team would do that, i said ur a joke and just quit his lg, he just mad cuz he has beating me since 2 week game came out lmaoo,

I hate playing people who give out after they loose a game

Yeah dude.. No team would EVER go for it on 4th down if they have the lead in the 4th Q.. especially on their opponents side of the field.. and ESPECIALLY never in the playoffs ITS NEVER HAPPENED.. /sarcasm

That's why I don't play in sim leagues.. Too many stupid rules that are made to help the commissioner win. I have seen this happen so many times.. I was booted from a franchise for breaking a rule, which was really an accident. I was booted for a mix of "cheesing" and beating the commish..

I'm ahead in the 3rd Q by like 21 pts.. This guy is terrible.. He threw several picks.. I got a few TDs from my D.. Anyway, he makes a comeback.. He's only down by 3 pts now and it's 2:04 left. I clocked the ball & he calls a timeout with 2:04.. I thought the clock ran down to the 2 minute warning so I pick QB Kneel. Clearly I wouldn't have called that play if I knew I would only drain 4 seconds.. I audible to a random run play just to get the clock started.. It's 1st down when I call the run. He pauses the game to message me that I can't run the play [paused it before I hiked the ball.] He tells me to call a timeout.. I don't have any timeouts left.. plus it was clearly an accidental play call.. but he really wanted to take the rule to the full extent because it would benefit him.. I tell him I have no TOs.. He unpauses it.
--- I run the ball to drain the clock.. I get the 1st down on 3rd down.. He quits, calls me a cheeser and boots me from the league. I spammed his forums & send PMs to all members about what happened.. The league faded after that..

In that SAME game, he messaged me saying "Watch the cheese." I was usering my FS.. He was in a Trips formation on the right.. I move over to the right side of the field.. My reasoning is to defend the screen or quick hitch by the outside WR.. He tells me that no safety in the NFL would move that close to the LOS.. I was just thinking.. This dude is a dumbass.. Do you watch the NFL?


In short, do not play in sim leagues.. It's hard to find MLG-type rules in online franchises though..

Wang, no team will also never go for an onside kick at the start of the 3rd quarter against the Colts in the super bowl, sh!t like that never happens, lol

yea most sim leagues are jokes. there are some good ones but they are really hard 2 find.

wangtangkiki this sounds like the same dude, says i can only move 1 player on defense, then the next player u choose u have to stay wit that guy, he comes out in I-form and does this sweep play over n over n over, but no biggie i stop it all the time, but wit that cant move more then 1 player crap on defense, he will run sweep back 2 back, then does hurry up if its like 3 n short, thinking, i think hes goona run sweep again,but i played him so many times he thinks i'm stupid, so i dont move any players when he runs hurry up, cuz he audibles to a 5 wide, BUT other players in his lg dnt catch that , the sad part is i talk to this guy on phone since madden09 like twice a week and he tells me how he detroys everyone in his lg but cant win in my fran, i said maybe you win in ur fran cuz ur the commish and u have 5 different names in ur fran, and no lie, every team he has has over 10-12 90 rated players on all his teams and everyone else has 2-5 90 rated players, i said in my lg i give every player 2 players they want from any cpu teams, it all depends how many cpu teams there are, but i caught him putting players from 1 team to another, but says that's not cheating just balancing out my teams, and another sad part this dude is in his late late 40's lmaoooo

LMAO Wow.. That guy is sad.. He sounds familiar because they all sound alike. They just make rules to benefit themselves. I'm surprised hurry up isn't banned.. most sim leagues ban it unless you are losing.

wang are u the one i sent those alum rings too, i dont no about you but i still havent had to buy any more controllers, oh and this guys fran is not a sim league, he says he just like sum of the rules and puts them in his fran lol, he also said i motion 21 plays out of the 68 plays i ran all game and says that's unrealistic lol, oh then i realize he knew nothing about the game when i told him i manually press R1 and drop my lb's into yellow zones, and says u think there droping back into yellow zones but what ever play u choose from playbook and cant change there routes, i said w t f u talking about how u think my de just pick off ur screen, he says cuz u pick it in the play book, i said no i manually hot routed him to the flats, he says ur wrong u just think ur doing that, lmaoo, but im done wit this guy he has issues and thank you all for the replies cant wait for august 10th lol
