Can someone explain why Philip Rivers is shaking off MLB OLB and FS/SS on my blitz and then throwing it 40 yards down field?

because EA has made the tackling system horribly ineffective which will be fixed with the first patch

Good, lol im getting in free everytime with the setups, but he threw john Beason on time to the ground on a blitz.

lol ya i had to finally check philip rivers elusiveness, I though EA gave him a 99 there or something. lol. I want the patch so i can finally play ranked games.

yeah everyone knows the tackling issue with madden 11 but hopefully the patch solves most our problems. backs like ap ad cj who are fast and break tackles give me problems. if one of my guys hits him near the los its not too bad b/c you still have your line backers and safety after. but with their speed if he finds a hole and or breaks outside he is 1 or 2 broken tackles away from a td.
