| Your're up by 4 in the 4th quarter with 1:30 left. You're offense has been on fire today and you have 1 timeout left. Your opponent is on your 8 yard line with 2 timeouts and his offense has been good as well. Do you let him score and try and hurry up down the field to take the lead again or do you play tuff D and run into the possibility of getting the ball back with 45 seconds? | |

| Try and lock up. He has to score a TD and you can win the game. Your still gonna have some time either way. Don't let him waltz in unless you need to get ball back. | |

| Something like this happened to me against Anton B in the March Maddenbible tourney. I was up 2 I think with less than 20 seconds left, he was on the 8 or so, clock stopped. He wanted to run down the clock for a last second FG so when he came out in a normal formation I came out in quarters prevent, put my D-Line in Deep Blues too, backed off coverage, move my D-Lineman to LB spots, and with about 8 seconds left he ran for the end zone with Rivers. I was user-switching to every player who got close to the QB and moved them away, but a CPU controlled player tackled him at the 1! He called timeout and kicked a field goal to win as time expired.... you can't even let someone score inside the 10 lol. | |

| Agree there, you have to get the ball back and he is just kneeling. I always like to have the ball and chance to make a play to win the game. A FG you let them score so you can get it back, if they need a TD lock up. | |

| I would definitely let him score unless my nanos have been working all game.. Let him score and get the ball with 1:25 on the clock.. 1 timeout.. sounds like a game winning drive to me. | |

| I would say SCREW this Guy he's not scoring SH!T.. i would lock him up on D.
He has four tries to score and he can't get any first downs.

| If they cant even slow your o down then i let em score.. If theyve slowed your o a little bit (made you take long drives to score, got you in 4th down situations, etc.) then i'm trying to lock em up inside the 10 | |
