It's tough between Pit / West Coast.. Pitt has a run heavy formations.. but also great passing formations..
When I used to run with Pit, I would have the toss and counter in my audibles.. I would come out in the FB Dive.. I would suggest the HB Dive.. It's so dominant as you have seen on TWIM.. It's even better if you motion someone in the A-gap to block for you.. You'd have to motion the TE that's ON the LOS to the left then snap it.. Also Pit has Snugs, Trio, and Bunch Wk.. Some really great Bunch/Compressed formations..
West Coast's playbook is FILLED with man beaters/compressed/bunch sets.. The 4 SG sets are Gun Split Offset, Gun Bunch, Gun Snugs Flip, and Empty Trey.. That's 3 compressed sets.. [I include two back sets compressed.] and a 5 wide formation..
The Near/Far are dangerous.. My man Warrior4God has some EXCELLENT West Coast stuff.. He has the most knowledge of the West Coast book of any other player in Madden..
Not to mention, it has SB Tight Doubles [Snugs Flip like formation.. vs. man, you can throw to a flat route by the left WR that's off the LOS.. always a 3 yd + gain..]
ALSO.. It has SB Bunch.. I saw the SB Bunch Swap.. There Toss is actually feasible.. I tried it in practice mode and the "TE" player, he first takes a step or two back, then by the time the ball is pitched to you, he's directly in front of you, helping block.. he's basically a FB on that play.. No auto-motion either.. I'd probably try it out.. and if it's man, I'd motion the far right WR to the left to get rid of a defender.
As for GB.. I probably wouldn't use it.. I looked it over and I just fell in love with it's Gun Doubles Flex Wing formation.. It doesn't have any really great running formations [A formation with a Toss/Counter/Dive] Tight Flex is interesting because you can motion your TE to become a FB.. but I would think there are better options in other playbooks.
