TIGHT PAIR VS STRONG CLOSE

what is a better POWER RUN formation...............a tight pair with dive counter toss(outside run right and left and an up the middle run) or strong close with the same runs as the tight pair thanks

Well since there is only two playbooks with a dive, counter, and toss in Strong Close.. I'd go with Tight Pair.. I used it in Pitt.. I loved it..


Btw.. Cowboys has Counter/Dive/Toss
Jets have Counter/Toss and a dive to the weak, so you have to flip the run every play to run w/ the FB..


Also I like the easy flat pass vs. man from Tight Pair that's in all playbook's with the formation.. It's PA Power O's play.. cancel PA.. throw to Triangle & you got 10 yds if you audibled down..

strong close isnt a power run formation its more liek a finese its jus so hard to defend cause u dont know whats gunna happen pass run blah blah im sure u know
