Need 4 speed

ahhh its beautiful to other people not me i lived here forever i think the beach is beautiful which we dont have uhmm im attending community college palomar next yr they have football but idk

honestly i think where im at is perfect, snow is an hour to an hour and a half away, the beach is an hour away, lake is an hour away,

Actually a lot of madden players are pretty athletic, the non glitchers anyway.. Ill post my highlight video when my coach finishes making it.

hey look, i dont know why ya'll hatin on me for, im being honest, what gives yall the right to down play my attributes, my vertical comes natural its about muscle twitch fibers in your legs, and jumping involves core strength too which i have, im not bragging, just saying what it is. im not gonna entertain that, ya'll may have me in madden but on the court i'll bus that a$$ hands down. yall act like for someone to have attributes like that they have to be pro or ''running track'', thats B.S. its plent of guys out here that is just as athletic as i am and isnt pro or ''running track''. i got speed, i never played football because i got undercut in high school and almost broke my neck just from going at the ball, i'm 5'11 and played SG in high school, im a grown a$$ man with kids why the hell would i need to fabricate? zp3 and jaynizz grow the f$% up, seriously.

you realize cj had the fastest fourty ever at 4.24 at the combine and he wanted to race usain bolt but they couldnt decide on a distance and a.d. ran a 4.40 so your faster than adrian peterson apparantly.

the vertical jump and state championships are believable but the 4.34 40 kinda has me skeptical.
i didn't even know they tested 40 yard times on a basketball court.

like i said, i played football briefly in high school, thats when i found out, a couple months ago i got it timed again, and nothing's changed.

well thanx,i started played JV in the 8th, and 9th, by my sophomore year i was moved to varsity, didnt start though until my junior and senior year, my junior year i transferred high schools and thats where i started at.

the real test...

I ran a 10k about a month ago in 64 minutes.

Nah i dont train with them, lol, the vertical is a natural thing, i never had to train to jump that high, my dad's vertical was 39 inches and he was 6'2, but of course that was years ago and with age his vertical decreased, now he does the one hand ''lil man'' dunk. but i remeber my first dunk was in the 8th grade, back then i was only 5'8 and had to cuff the ball to dunk, by the time i reached 11th grade i was able to palm the ball and do more dunks like 360 and double pumps, i jump off of two legs instead of one, (one leg seems much harder), and the speed just came with it, i weigh 178 LBS, i'm very active and do a lot of running on my spare time, that just came with the territory.now, it is possible for me raise my vert higher with additional training, but, i like sitting at 42 inches and its a blessing, besides its only 1 inch away from steve francis, and like 6 away from jordan, but i'll never be like him, NO ONE will. lol, sorry for spazzing out before, i just got amped because guys was talking about their 40 times and all. and by the way i beleive everyone's times. ive seen some crazy amazing people do amazing things on the football field and basketball court, i wouldnt put anything past no one.

Thats a GREAT accomplishment gibs, something to be very proud of. a lot of guys cant do that. you must run a very nice and easy pace, that takes endurance and stamina, in the army they tell us to breathe in your nose and out your mouth and take long strides.you should be a personal trainer, lol

it was BRUTAL that day - probably about 35 degrees or so with a serious wind.

Didnt really take to long to be able to run 6 miles either. Started running about a 2 months prior!
