online franchise advice?

well i joined a league today and luckily got 1 of my fave teams(the colts).trades are on so what do u guys thnk i shud do as far as trades go?im thinking trying to get a better running back(preferably a fast one) and 1 fast wr because gonzales isnt that fast and wayne isnt tall.(although i do have matt jones 3rd string).what do u guys suggest.know any good under the radar players i could trade for?
