Phillip Rivers is a glitch. I swear I played this bum who used chargers and I was bringin heat and it would be man coverage with good coverage and dude would just throw to get the ball off and complete it 80% of the time. Crazy. And yes it was all madden

they arent so bad....I catch alot of people offguard by sending a blitz in cv2... ****'s them up..LOL

chargers are better then the giants in 34 system except at safties... I do miss ken philips and rolle

This is my LEX team. 5-2 with them. Good for first in my division (ahead of Problem, despite losing to him h2h)

You can LITERALLY face throw all day with these guys....They are tough...especially if you can make their D work...

Is there something I'm missing? What did they improve on defense?

Offense can easily work.. but the CBs were terribly slow.. At one point, they had no CBs over 90 speed, and only 2 CBs with more than 90 acceleration..

zone defense got a much needed upgrade....so now its possible to make a livin out of zone...

all those LBs are perfect for my type of D... and I switched to 34 defense and its working out quite well

and Im sacrificing my defense for a better Offense..

Thats definitely good.

JPP, Bulluck, Boley, Osi is good too


DL? English, Castillo, Cesaire?

Giants can give you Kiwanuka, Cofield or Linval, Tuck


They do have better CBs but not by much and if you put Phillips and Ross at CB and 2 of Rolle/Webster/Thomas at safety the giants have Better CBs and safeties.


I cant see the Chargers defense being better than the Giants in any way whatsoever

Oh ok. I forgot all about that.. Zone has definitely become a lot better..

they have pretty good zone defense and their offense is insane but with offense being easier than defense why sacrifice d for o?

if u were to put tuck at OLB and then have philips at OLB...who do u think would be better in coverage? thats why the chargers are better in the 34 system...and chargers LB have more blockshed.

ha i played u using a 34 defense and now u are what a coincidence and i wud love to play chargers thats my team but i know there weaknesses

u need defense to win the game any body with a brain can play offense thats why kids use the raiders because there D and there O all u need is a brain blah plus they jus abuse that speed and run money plays all game and hope for campbell good throw or a WR not to drop the ball

nope Zone D still sucks man the players just dont know how to react with zone D u constantly gotta blitz or put people 8 guys or 9 in coverage so ur always sacrificing something

um, i run zone every down every game, very rarely will i put someone in man or run a m2m defence...

and normally my guys react to passes

i wud use packers over chargers but whatever floats ur boat packers D is prolly my fav D to use with zone

dont u send glitchy blitzes outta cover 4 ?where u have ur Dt as a 94 speed guy in a contain hmm chad i played u b4 and u have a adjustment defense thats why on O u gotta do different things to throw ur defense off cant b predictable at all

please guys i dont wanan hear every Defense u have to adjust well we all know this . but just seems liek if u throw a slant out next play there is a purple if i do something else u buzz a zone over there u get my drift chad .. my theory if zone was so good it would b somewhat liek last yr atleast yellow zones . but i played a game where okay i had 4 guys in hook zones i blitzed i hitt he qb as he threw it i have a yellow right there and another yellow on the right and left yet both streaks wer hit for 10 yards on left and right certain formations override zone i played a 3 wr set to the left a trips not bunch a trips he threw a flat route i had my flat zone right there and he still got a first down things like this is what i mean about not reacting

i love zone D jus bringing up some flaws that it has i love zone D because it takes a brain to run it well and execute and when u cause turnovers it feels so sweet unlike man D

i like ur D its some what passive defense ima adjust and hope he makes a mistake dink n dunk blah blah unless u have a new D now =]
