How to get stats emailed to you?

Hey im just wondering how to receive emails, after madden games. I think its a great strategy to help my game, howver im not sure how this is done, any help is appreciated.

You have to go to the LIVE menu and from there you will see an Options menu. When you go there you then see "My Online Info". Just put in your email address there and you will start getting the e-mails
