Help with prevention of IP Flooding

Anybody know how you can get someone to stop IP Flooding you and what you can do to prevent it??

really nothing u can do to stop flooding and standbys in certain games

Qittsburgh is a nice dude w/ solid game from my experience w/ him on Gb. This came as a surprise
