I play in the Madden Rev League, and have to keep up with some of the best minds in the game, JayNizz, SGibs, AdamTGR, XSwag, King Jason, Shocker 360, studs, and I got the Titans this season so I have a little scheme that I decided would work great with the Titans. So I decide to test it out last night against an on-line opponent, some random guy, a lever 21, 160wins a good record, he plays as the Ravens. He did not force me out of Singleback Tight Slots the whole game, Vince was 31/38 for nearly 450yds, and I completed at least 4 passes to 5 different guys including CJ, and I beat him 61-42. After the game the guy messages me and tells me, "Oh it must take a glitch offense, to get W's." This just really got to me, as I work hard to constantly change my game and try to stay ahead of the game, or keep up with those guys. I said back, "That on-line record doesn't matter it is not a gauge of ability at all," and he said oh, "I've got 150+ wins." Then I told him, "To keep up with these top tier players, with these crazy blitzes, this is the offense you need to run, with quick passes." That is where I ended it, this just really just makes me sick when people assume that if you have something that they can't be stop that automatically you must be doing something 'outside' the game in some way. Obviously he has played a lot of level 1's, cause he has never seen motion used in the passing game, like I did.
