if u like to pass a lot id use either Arizona or Dallas pbs..

SF is good for passing, but u need to be balanced...

if you want to use san fran pb, check out king jasons thread...got some good stuff in there...i ran sf most of the year till i got to the top 30 online, then all the online bums said I was glitching cause I was quick passing...made the switch to seattle though.

agree with these...although I tight from sf pb is pretty good...fb dive, strong stretch and power o as your run audible is good for a solid run scheme.
