Madden 12 Cliff Notes

Is there a cliff notes or summary of the changes that have occurred between Madden 11 and Madden 12?
I've not been around as of late. I'm curious as the things that have changed..

I don't mean just features, but has zone defense changed? Is running more difficult now?

Is there still a need for my formation tool spreadsheet this year? I know there are custom playbooks.. Is it more important this year since you'll need to know every formation & playbook? It is a lot easier than searching through the game..

Zone have changed! From an offense perspective you have to be careful because a LB with good awareness can sneak in to snag a pick although he looked open when you throw it.

Flat zones play deeper just like in ncaa12 which is really good IMO.

I think you will find running to be more "life" realistic. I was labbing singleback tonight really cool to see the oline making double teams just like they would do in real life.

Running may be a bit overpowered IMO at least until we have a chance to figure out how to defend it. There are some gaping hole made by the oline for sure.

I thought your spreadsheet tool was great last year. I can't tell you how many times I had to flip through that thing to see if teams had the latest greatest formations I would discover. I'd imagine guys won't be using custom books so it couldn't hurt.

your ebooks and spreadsheets are always helpful. but some of the playbooks have changed and have taken out some formations and replaced it with others. but your info is very helpful as always.

I'm thinking of wiping all the plays out and just put in M12 plays.. I'm pretty pumped.. I forgot all about custom playbooks.. and now I hear you can set audibles in custom playbooks now so that's great..
