Just picked up Madden 12

I just picked up Madden 12 but I can't play it til I get off work. Just got a question for you guys to kind of give me a starting point with a new team. First things first I am not and don't claim to be a guru at anything I do so feel free to give me pointers or criticism if you see fit. My offensive strategy revolves around speed. I like to spread the field and really like to go 5 wide. Last year I used the Run n Gun playbook with the Saints and would put Bush at wr and just move the ball at will throwing to him, Meachem, and Henderson. Then counter that with throwing redzone jump balls to Colston or Shockey. Mixed in just enough running to keep them honest mostly used draws and screens to keep the defense from completely emptying the box to cover my wide outs. On defese I really like to be conservative and be able to get to the qb with my D line and be able to cover on the back end. Don't blitz a whole lot. Can anybody offer up some advice on what teams to look at using this year eith the new adjustments to the rosters so that I can most effectively carry out my game plan?

raiders!!! superfast... everyone... lol.. cant catch for crap though but they are tearing up the track..

Lol they don't have to have Larry Fitzgerald hands but I do need them to be able to catch somewhat lol. Tried playing with the raiders on 11. It is absolutely infuriating.

Hmm.. My favorite team is the Panthers..

You may not be able to go 5-wide.. They do have a few fast WRs.. and you will still be able to do jump balls with Shockey since he joined the Panthers.. They also have Greg Olsen for a faster TE..

The Defense is great.. If you like your DL to get there, you can put a few DEs as DTs then put your beast LBs at DE.. like Anderson and Davis..

Their secondary is fast and tall..

Will have to try them out. My only worry there is Cam Newton's accuracy. Will give them a shot though. Can't wait to get off work so I can go home and play

I like the Chargers. Tall wr's seem to really be a plus this year more than ever. The Chargers give you two 6'5" guys as your 1-2 wr's and then you have Gates at TE at 6'4" who is also the best TE in the game. I will also use the Lions quite a bit though. I like the Lions already but it looks like that team is really improving every day and with every roster update that team will only get better. Stafford looks like the second coming of Marino.
