A good guide for the 46 defense?

All I hear from everyone around here is about the 46 Defense, any good guides online on how to best utilize it in Madden?

Just got it today and it's fantastic, by far the best 46 guide out there! I highly recommend it and while it says it is $20 at first, it goes down to $10 if you use the promo code "10OFFDEFENSE". I was thoroughly surprised how in depth the strategy was and definately $10 well spent! If you have the money to spend I would definitely buy it. They have a whole bunch of useful plays and strategies in there and so far the my defense is improved a whole bunch. Anyways it's up to you but if your willing to spend $10 on a guide that is the guide to spend it on for sure!

I bought it, but is it just access to the video?? The Video is awesome, but I'd like something written so I can have it in front of the TV with me to work through the steps

wow.. trying to institute this D... I can't see how you guys make all these adjustments before the snap.... Is this specifically for Human v. Human? because I can't do nearly 25% of the adjustments before the CPU hikes the ball

Work on setting it up in practice (with 2 controllers) you get 7 seconds to set up your play which you can do with every play in the book. Practice, Practice, Practice.
