| Subject: What formations are absolute MUSTS when setting up an offensive custom playbook?? Thu Oct 06, 2011 2:32 am | |
| Its seems like everytime I play an opponent with a custom playbook, they have a huge advantage over me. So I decided to stop being lazy and make an Offensive custom playbook. So I was just wondering if you guys could help me out here. I know some obvious ones like strong close and flip trips. So if you guys could post your opinion about what formations should be in a custom O book and what offensive playbook they are in, that would be great. Thanks for the help! | |

| I personally like to pound the rock, so I use NYJ playbook & have had much success with it. Of course Strong Close & Tackle Over are a must for a strong running game. Only formation I wish NYJ playbook had would be Full House & the Off Tackle/Screen from Strong Close (5 headed rushing attack). If I had that, I doubt I would ever get out from under center. Lol. |

| Got to have Full House, snugs, Strong I. single back BIG. I use ALOT of shotty two back, so that's my main formation. Screen to the left, right, easy rocket (out curls, curls, sideline) safety valves, two RB blocking schemes, etc. Those are my base formations. | |
