Route Combinations Request

In madden 11 the game was so simple route combinations weren't really needed speed just killed man or the two streaks and two drags killed man...and so forth

In 12 with zone Defenses being a lot better and man coverage is adequate , I think route combinations in zone especially can help take your game to the next level....

When Sgibs gets a chance I would love to see a mad-den TV on some route combos against man and zone,or even more so against zone....the concept of course

Route combinations with an effective scheme can really dictate the defense and help the O just tick ...and to be more specific like a mad-den TV on attacking cover 2 ,cover 3,cover 4 using route combinations from a popular passing set, gun tight flex, snugs,single back bunch or whatever...

Rout combos- Snugs- Come out in bench switch inside WRs streak beats zones ( 4 Verts concept gibs talks about over n over )

Same formations streak inside WR out route outside WRs beats man

Same formation Streak outside WR slant out inside WR beats man-

Bench put the outside WRs in streaks also beats zones ( also a 4 vert concept)

Another route combo is - Flat, Corner, Streak. Gibs also covers this in 1 of his youtube videos on many times on TWIM. Just to watch out for player's adjustments.

I personally when i see snugs i come out in zone and man the outside WRs but if u come out in bench and streak the outside WRs u have that inside WR that kills zones also so its really unstoppable if u make the right reads and are aware of there adjustments.

Where I get stuck is man and DEs in purples because this will slow down how I attack man from snugs but u can try slanting in some guys n try creating a mismatch by motioning your HB Hope this helps**

Also TE slant in from any formation where the TE is in a 3 point stand is un-bumpable and Curls from outside WRs are man killers but a lot of people like to come out in man 2 under and switch to cover 2 or cover 2 sink n that will pick off the curls...

^^^ thanks man, but I'm not having much trouble with route combos,just thought it would be a neat thing for everyone and a concept that the average player could grasp and help them...

I use most of your suggestions and the flat,corner , and streak combo work well against cover 2,cover 3,cover 4 not so much, in cover 4 two outside streaks and a deep corner will work....the flat route will be open in cover 4 but at 3rd nd past 8 yards flat routes on cover 4 not gonna always cut it

I'm leary of some of the seam streaks in zone ,due to what zone it is,and the QBs accuracy ,I squeeze my fair share in and spec catch them, but a high percentage can get picked off....especially if they play a cover 4 or cover. 6 or a heavy F@g zone

I guess while giving out suggestions any bunch formation with a drag,slant in and streak is pretty good route combo to beat zone with 2 quick reads and a user catch streak...

The bench and bench switch 4 verticals and the wr out routes take too long to develop cover 4 eats them up and an accurate QB and some user skill is required, that's a lot of variables I'm not going to risk always, I have been doing quicker less dangerous reads .....

I'm not a big supporter of the 4 verticals concept this year,just really tough to fit those throws in a lot of times, easier to flood zones imo. Less dangerous as well

Gotta practice your user catch.. Here are real football concepts you can look up and would find in any Air Raid offense.. Remember you can get the concepts with various routes/diff timing
