ARE HIGH SHORT KICKOFFS ALLOWED IN MRL?

Yo i just played some dude in MRL and he did that HIGH SHORT KICKOFF to the TE every kickoff THE WHOLE GAME!!

Is that allowed in MRL or no?

Im guessing no but looking for confirmation..

its allowed this isnt a sim leauge
unless your in inception but im pretty sure its still legal tho

Yes we have no rules against high or short kickoffs unless a glitch is known from that. The only kickoff rules are no onside in the first half and that includes the surprise.

i expressed my concerns on twitter and never heard back from ya (wich means it didnt get much thought...haha) , but to be totally honest you need to ban that sneak kick, its way too effective and there is no specific counter or no specific thing you can do to tell your players hey be ready for the sneak kick !!

its going to turn into a strategic maneuver thats gonna screw someone out of a game because of a random programmed code on who recovers and who doesn't!!

almost all other leagues and tournies i have seen have this surprise kick banned....(i hate it if you can't tell!) LOL
