RG3 isn't the physical specimen that Cam or Tebow are...
See the Texas Bowl last year vs. the University of Illinois. The Illini dared him to throw...and he couldn't...

r u serious the kid is 6ft2 220 and he has 23td to 4int yea but he cant throw huh? its only one person in the ncaa with a better completeion percentage and thats luck, and tebow wont even be starting in another year and once rg3 gets drafted and is a superstar then i want you to say the same thing. he has better accuracy then tebow and is faster

Tebow had an amazing completion rate in COLLEGE, too. Just saying.
RG3 will not be an effective NFL QB. He might be a good WR...

In fact, Tebow only had 1 season in college with a lower completion % than what Griffin has now.
Tebow also had higher yards per completion, threw about 4 picks a season, rushed for more yards, rushed for more TDs, and had a higher rushing average.
I'm not sure where you're getting that Griffin is going to be a better QB than Tebow.
Bottom line: Griffin is fast....but that's about all he has going for him. He doesn't possess the accuracy or arm strength needed to be a QB in the NFL. I'm not saying Tebow does, either. I'm still not convinced that even CAM NEWTON is going to be a good one. Right now is still the honeymoon phase. As games go by, we see the throws Cam can and can't make, and teams will tinker the defense to make him have to make the tougher throws...
And Griffin isn't the football player that either Cam or Tebow were on the college level...

why are we comparing tim tebow and cam newton to anyone. tebow might be the best collage football player ever and newton was just an absoulute animal last year

the same can be said about robert griffin in the pros...his whole college career has been read option, check bubble, check dagger...that's the absolute truth...
tebow threw a lot of dumpoffs too, but his yards per completion was STILL better than griffins...
griffin is a track star, which is why he MIGHT be able to play an Armanti Edwards type role in the NFL...but he doesn't bring in pro-style attributes nor come from a winning tradition...at least Tebow has that (a winning tradition)...

he's also playing in a TERRRIBLE Big 12, and hasnt faced hardly anyone all year. They JUST played an overrated OK St. team and got their doors blown off....Griffin threw 2 of his 4 picks vs. them, actually...

He wouldn't even be in the heisman discussion if he was playing against SEC defenses

He's not even in the Heisman discussion now. It's a one horse race. That horse is Trent Richardson. All the other players being invited are just seat fillers and are nothing more than "good players", outside of Andrew Luck, who is will be a fine NFL QB, but isn't touching Richardson in this year's Heisman race. RGIII might not even be invited to NYC.

And you can't tell me that Robert Griffin would turn South Carolina or Florida or Arkansas into a title game contender. No way RG3 has the ability to beat the SHEER SPEED AND POWER of the Alabama Crimson Tide defense (that might be the greatest college defense of all time, real talk), let alone the speed of the LSU defense....just no way...
Give him all the tools that Tebow had, and RG3 wouldn't beat either the Bama or LSU defense...are you're talking BCS contender? The BCS runs through Baton Rouge, LA and Tuscaloosa, AL.

You kno who's better than both Nick Foles, dudes pocket presence is crazy, he can "freeze" defenses
