Labbing Help?

I want to know how to lab. How to come up with stuff orginal not just the same old same old. I get kiled cause I run the 46 and ATL scheme and thats really all I know. How do you come up with original schemes offense and defense. I just sit there for hours and come up with nothing. Suspect
