Over 5,000 passing yards & 41 tds but he only gets an 89 OVR??? Had this been Peyton, Tom, Drew, or Aaron their rating OVR would've been in the high 90's!!! What do you guys think, GO...

The QBs you mentioned have done it consistently year in and year out,and also all have SB rings,also none of those other qbs have Calvin either....

They have many weapons at their disposal also man... In Madden gets updates for player progress doesn't it??? All I'm saying is that he had one of heck of a season & deserves a better rating...

Calvin in real life is on another level than any other WR or TE in the league. Stafford started the year out ranked 80 or 81, missed middle part of season with injury,they don't have a solid run game,and there secondary is horrible, so stafford had to throw a lot and got numbers.

He did go up 9 points or 8 ovr , so I think he is rated just fine at 89....he has great THP and DAC,both at an elite level.....

With madden ratings usually a player has to have 2 solid yrs before they get love and then after that they keep a great rating

Lions also played a fairly weak schedule....

I don't want to come across as hating on stafford, but he shouldn't be rated with the elites after just 1 good season..

Does that go for all players, what you said about player ratngs, or is that just quarterbacks??? Look at Arian Foster, last season he came out of nowhere & had a rating indicative of how good he was for "that season"!!! I'm not a "HOMER" that thinks Stafford got ripped, this is coming from a fan of football & Madden...

Arian Foster had a good year last season and was ranked 88 ovr at the end of the season, or close to 90 ovr, when m12 came out he was 90ovr and had another good year and got boosted again this season..........
