How to effectively beat Man Coverage against a team like the Raiders or 49ers??

I use the cowboys with Indy PB and i can destroy Zone Coverage with it. But when someone goes with a Man Coverage especially a 2 man under with like a spy and user over the middle, i have alot of trouble. i try to go 5 wide or 4 wide with a TE to combat this but its only somewhat effective and non effective close to the goal line. My question is how do you guys consistently beat Man Coverage ??
