QB run question

Ive been playing with T Jack lately and Im not a runner but there have been defenses that give me the opportunity to run BUT Im always moving with the QB trying to run in passing mode, so my question is how do I just take off when opportunity presents itself. Is it R1 button to bring his arm down from passing mode? Thanks in advance

i do not scramble very much my self but im 99.9 % sure it is the sprint button ( R2/ RT ) Maybe you need auto sprint turned off in the main menu options

yeah you just hit r2/rt sprint button and he tucks the ball

ok I heard something about hold L3 down and take off, anyone hear that

this is what happens when ea tries to save a few bucks and not include the dang manual with the game ( not that ever showed you all of the controls. in the main menu you can go and view the manual in the game, not positive but it should include the controls to pull the ball down and run. RT or R2 is the button for scrambling but im not sure L3 even does anything at all
