I have gotten tired of playing random people online and decided to jump into online franchise. I have asked this question to a couple of people and get an answer like its the greatest secret known to man, but is there a site/sheet that shows the players progressions into there careers? Is it based on performace? I have seen guys go up that ride the bench so I know that there has to be some kind of system for this I just havent found it yet. PM me if there is one or if anyone can enlighten me on this I am fairly new to online franchise so I could use all the advice I could get. Ball on men
