best d against 5 wr

is ther any good nanos or defense to stop a 5 wide set other then coming out in quarters?

against 5 wide set ( besides gun empty tight <eagles> ) I like to rush 5 with man coverage and user the free defender. Use individual assignments to bump recievers on slants and drags. look to cover the middle of the field but keep an eye deep. Of course having a great athletic secondary with a beast pass rush will help. Also switch up with 6 man blitz and cover three with both flats changed to curl flats.
with the cover 1 base play you will want to mess around with D line adjustments and movinig the blitzing linebacker(s) around to get consitent pressure.. shouildnt be too hard against five wide.. just go opposite the Te if he is lined up on the line. also look for a formation ( like the 46 or dime ) where you do not have to move too many people around to get them aligned. If you see someone run alot of empty watch out for the motion reverse..
