Tv cameras going forward

with the nfls transition to a offensive league ( touchtdowns sell tickets ) the nfl and its tv partners should re position the tv camera so we can see routes develop down field.. I love watching the Oline play but couldnt both be accomplished with a reverse angle camera?? ( Madden camera anyone ) Why has some network not done this.. Its frustrating to have to rely on stupid cris collinswert to tell me that no one was open and that is why the qb got sacked. My number one most watched play ever, the catch, by Holmes would be so much better if I could see what Ben sees on that play.

Cause that type of camera angle is more educational than entertaining. To use the madden camera angle in realife would mean the camera would have to be far away and panned out to show all the reciever routes. That means you basically wasted all that money buying a HD tv cause the camera angle on the tv would make u feel like ur sitting in the top of the stadium in the nose bleed section tryin to use binoculars to feel closer. The tv camera as it is is perfectly fine cause although we cant see every route, we dont need to. You still see the intended reciever catch the ball and the sideline cameras are able to zoom in alot closer providing a better HD picture and overall experience.
-same reason they dont stay in a half court camera in basketball
-same reason they dont show the entire field during a pitch in baseball

with the tech today they should be able to put a camera in space and shoot a HD shot of a football game. lol. I do see your point though.
