| I was in a shootout last night. My opponent would get stopped on the first three downs with a combo of A gap and C gap blitzes and coverage plays and then somehow ALWAYS could get a receiver in behind my deep zones on 4th down and score on a bomb. I couldn't figure out how he was doing it every time and tried a variety of things (man and zone blitzes, man zones, 3 and even 4 man zones (which left open the middle of course)). I would score easily against him but then concede a TD on 4th down, happened about 4 times.
I hadn't tried the goal line D yet online because I didn't have confidence in my setup, but I figured what do I have to lose. I ran it from the 3rd quarter on and the guy did NOT make a completion when I managed to set it up right.
Really looking forward to the guide when it comes out, this play is sick. I'm a convert. | |

| i have been watching the TWIM show where Gibs and Z ran the Goal Line D and i haven't had the confidence in my set up either to run it. i really wanna get my Ravens blowing cats up with that defense....lol! i'll work on it!

| sooooo i just went n labbed the NEW goaline D ebook for about an hour ...jumped right into a couple of ranked online games and lets just say ALL I RAN WAS GOALINE lol i love this ish absolutely absurd how much heat and how quick you get to the qb ...needless to say i have yet to have my opponent finish a full game so im stuck playing the boring *** cpu ...if this gline d has one downfall its basically ENJOY PLAYING THE CPU HAHA ... THANKS BOYS!!!! | |
