MBT - 310 - THE MADNESS

Ok guys this will be a special 64-man tournament. The rounds will be moved every TWO days.There WILL be fill-ins so if you do not complete your game in two days the guy who has been active and trying, will get to play a fill in. Everybody needs to stay very active when the tournament starts. Please sign up with your gamertag below. exp. XxERZxX. I will have ZFARLS seed the EVERYBODY however he wants. This will be just like the real march madness, so there will be four #1 seeds and so on. GOOD LUCK!



RULES: MLG
- 4 min all madden
- no acc. clock
- NO fieldgoal blocking of any kind...either come out in a coverage defense OR pick regular field goal block...AND DO NOT MOVE ANYBODY.
- A fieldgoal block will result in DISQUALIFICATION

I just want to make sure I'm understanding the MLG rules correctly, so here's a few questions:

"Players may not move a Runningback closer to the QB before the snap" - What is this talking about? Sometimes when I'm running the gun I'll motion my fullback across the formation and snap the ball when he's close behind the center to help with A-gap heat. Is that what this rule is saying you can't do?

"Players may not turn any broken play action or running plays into a QB sneak, draw or bootleg" - What's an example of this happening?

"If the player is under center and carries the ball across the line of scrimmage with the QB, the QBs first two steps must have been taken away from the line of scrimmage" - So the goalline QB sneak play is essentially outlawed, unless you run backwards first?

Will we be enforcing the 20-point mercy rule?

Lets see, no mercy rule (opponent can concede at any time)

QB Sneak is okay but the draw has to have 2 steps taken backwards.

People used to cancel PA with the qb and start running forward (I think the patch cleared this up)
Not problem with motioning a blocker, (99% of the rules are specific, if you did one of these things, you would know it)

We will allow qb sneak because if you pinch your d@mn line they wont be getting more than 1 yard anyway
