Franchise draft question

It's our first time headed for a franchise draft, and were trying to understand how it works. We saw the following post in a forum:


"You have to run the draft from the console and all participants must be on
the console as well."

Can someone with draft experience clarify if *everyone* has to be on a console, or if only those who didn't pre-rank have to be? I'm assuming that whoever can get online can draft live, and everyone who can't just uses pre-ranks, correct?

We are trying to have the end of season draft and it has been the biggest mess of all time between getting people on and the pre rank not working and even more. I've tried to avoid it but its literally created over 500+ emails in less than a week trying to find a solution. So good luck!
