online lag

am i the only one experiencing online lag...the game is pretty much unplayable online...its hard enough to play defense already, the lag doesnt help

Not anymore than in years past. You'll gget used to it.

getting used to it means you drop your stick down to where it wont affect you cuz you no longer plan on using tight stick work ... im barely gonna play ranked games cuz of the lag ...

The lag is the worst!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss extra pts in league games 40% of the time. Same for whoever I play.EA needs to fix this shhhhht quick

Yea lag is terrible, but I'm getting used to it and I seem to be making all my field goals

Yeah.. I agree with SGibs., as the game goes on you kinda start to compensate for the lag. Besides, call me crazy but I kind think it adds a little sense of reality to the game. Even if a guy is going to kick a 30 yard easy FG to win the game against me, I still have this little glimmer of hope that the lag will mess him up and save my ***... sometimes that happens in real games too.. not lag but just a freak gust of wind or poor hold or whatever.

is the lag effecting both systems or just ps3?

The lag is absolutely horrendous on PS3. It feels like I'm playing on dial-up.

Yeah, the game is laggy and its more noticable due to the kick meter.

i think that most of you guys are over reacting... its not really that bad. once in awhile kicking is terrible but its not so unbearable that it ruins the game.

i only mentioned it because it wasnt this bad in years past..online regressed

i played online for the first time today...i didnt find it that bad...i was expecting that sh!t when u hit x twice to hike and end up quick throwing for a pick

I saw that the connection this year is head to head, and that it's based between you and your opponent in game. Which means it's one of your connections, not EA's fault. Which is why this year you can't finish out against the computer, because you've lost half the connection, so they just chose to have you report the game instead as a win.
