| I was wondering how to stop the 1-5-5 Shake Blitz, it was killing my offense till about the 4th quarter when i started to beat the blitz. I just want to know how you guys beat this blitz on a regular basis.

| Run the ball.. 155 is weak against outside runs
Passing wise- block 7 guys....its best to have an extra blocker on each side.

| patience is the key. snap the ball at a distinct time in their shake. i played a lg game yesterday in c4 where the guy's only D was 3-4 shake.
jamaal charles finished the game with 14 rushes for 160 yards.
people say you can't run on the shake. i call bs.
run toss when they are pinched/pinching/stuck in.

| i came across my first EVER "shaking defense" and it was pretty hellacious....at first! but, i just kept running the ball. FB dives w/Leach, tosses w/Rice etc, etc. i even audibled up to my Gun formations and blocked extra offensive players for protection.

| Most guys just shake to shake. A guy that knows how to shake will shake in zone also to throw reads off. Blocking 7 and throwing Lobs to outside WR can make people stop real quick if you have a speedy WR |

| when i face the shake I will hop in shotty 2 back with the quickness and play ball.
If im getting man no bump=
max protect,
outside guys on streaks and slot on a slant or crossing route.....ill take my chances burning you deep, idc i will line up over and over again. If your going to play me like that you will be tested and i will throw it deep even if you know i will.
Man bump... I got about 3 or 4 motion snaps
I also can head into bunch and pound the rock or do the same exact things as listed above |
