i have no interest in playing free winners (aka people who make a 2nd profile and use it to give their original profile free wins smh). to me thats the scum of the madden community, lol. -anyways- i thought about playin in the eafl, heard ALOT of good things about it, im even on the waiting list, but i dont like being told what teams i can use. some people switch teams all the time, im not one of those people. im a DIE HARD steelers fan (sorry mili, lol) and that is the only team i use. there's a reason why playersbowl/mlg dont tell u what teams u can use lol! no apology needed VaBeach! you know i feel you bruh! lol! i am a diehard Ravens fan forever and that is the only team i roll with. i was able to pick them in the EAFL but i have been getting blasted and flat out abused properly. lol! i am not use to losing this much. smh! most of the cats i am playing are "league" and "tournie" boys such as yourself and what a HUGE difference between online and tournie play. wow! it is my first season of "league" play and i must say, these cats ain't no joke! it's definately an eye-opener. i will definately do better next season though. i promise! P.S. do cats actually make a second profile to give themselves free wins? wow! unbelievable! smh! ~Mili | |

VaBeach, If you come in mid-season, you'll have to take over a vacant team and finish out thier schedule for playoff seeding and/or draft positioning; maybe you might luck out, and Pittsburgh will be available; but once that season ends, you can put the Steelers at the top of your preferred teams draft list, and you will have a chance (how good, depends on how high you draft) to get that team, or one that's closest to the one you want.
One of the benefits of playing with a variety of teams, is that it makes you expand your game by helping you develop the ability to work with different types of personnel offerings and other situations. Being in a league setting, you'll also further develop adjusting your gameplans for division opponents that you could possibly see up to 3 times in one season. After further develping those skillsets for your Madden game, going back to your favorite team for play-now/scrimmage/ranked/tourney games will be that much better because you'll be armed with even more concepts to use with that squad's personnel.
I WAS IN EAFL LAST YEAR ON 360 IT WAS VERY FUN I HAD PLANNED ON BEING IN THIS YEAR. I HAD PAID MY 11 BUT THEN OF COURSE I MADE THE SWITCH TO PS3 AND WHEN I TRYED CONTACTING THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE ABOUT SWITCHING ME TO PS3 EAFL I GOT NO RESPONSE IT KINDA SUCKED PLUS I LOST 11 I WOULD LOVE TO GET BACK IN THOUGH.
-Thanks for the good words everyone. --Much appreciated!
