Guys, what is the standard rule for game restarts?
Example
User vs user and the connection goes out in the second half?
' ' when someone is up big?
' ' in a close game?

Also, how about restarts VS the CPU? What are the standard rules for a guy saying "my connection went out" or for multiple restarts?

I would like to hear honor system but there has to be a standard.

We are toying with the idea, if you have multiple restarts VS the cpu your next cpu game is simulated, the steeler rule "zero Tolerance".

restarts agianst the cpu i don''t think are a big deal, its only the cpu. but if they have a bunch of restarts against human players i think they should have to take a loss if they are losing big in a real game
