| Penalties for Broken Rules:
1.) video evidence that is non-refutable may lead to instant removal from league depending on severity of infraction (i.e. rule broke, circumstances in game, etc.)
2.) 3 verbal complaints from 3 diff owners on 3 diff occasions in one season is instant removal. Repeat offenders in multiple seasons also subject to release.
3.) 1st offense-Lose top rated offensive skill position player. 2nd offense-Lose top two offensive and defensive skilled position players (i.e. QB, WR, CB, DE, RB). 3rd offense, removal.
If you have a complaint, DO NOT POST IT ON TWITTER OR ON THESE BOARDS. EMAIL OR DM MYSELF OR @NITKA32 first. We dont want to get into a pissing match on the boards and especially not twitter.
We understand that there may be game circumstances that bring up gray areas. Each case will be evaluated by the commishes to make a decision on appropriate course of action.

| Cincinnati (mygmisserious) loses Reggie Bush week 3 vs Icansleezy (49ers) for rules infraction against KingJason in week 2 (dropped back more than 9 players in coverage continuously even after it was mentioned during game). First Offense. | |

| Rule Update:
Update 1: Update to rule number 4 on Rules page-Offense is allowed to audible down (and defense to match) but 4wr/5wr sets can only audible down to 3 wr/4wr set. You CAN NOT audible from 4/5 wr down to a base formation or goal line unless it's 3rd/4th down and less than 2 AND inside 2 minutes of each half.
Update 2: QB sneak is only allowed on 3rd/4th and 1 or shorter.
Update 3: You can not stand a defensive lineman up at the line of scrimmage to set up for a bullrush/strafe pass rush. This is considered glitchy in manner.

| BBrax (Jaguars) lose Desean Jackson for his week 10 game vs Acewhoopin (colts) for breaking the 4th down rule vs Warrior4god. 1st offense.
Props to Brax for admitting the action. Classy.

| Regarding quitting games:
1.) Under no circumstance are you to quit a game before the 3rd qtr. Doing this can get you immediately replaced. 2.) We have to wait 3/4 days between games. Keep that in mind before you decide to quit. It's not fair to the opponent who is winning the game to have their stats cut short and game cut short. We all love to play with the teams we built so please have the respect to finish out the game. 3.) If you are getting blown out and dont want someone to run up the score, simply message them to "yield" and run the ball, kill clock and get out of the game that way instead of quitting. Or Nut up, try new things to try to stop them. 4.) If you have absolutely had enough, you can still quit, just let them know you are conceding before you power off. 5.) There wont be a mercy rule, but fellas, if you are elbow deep in an inferior opponent, call of the dogs in the 3rd/4th quarter! I know many of you enjoy those geeked stats, but have a little gamesmanship!

| EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
If you make a trade involving draft picks. it is BOTH teams responsibility to make sure that pick is actually available. In the case of a trade that happens where one owner moves a pick that he didnt actually possess, the following will happen:
1.) If that pick wasn't already moved in another deal, the owner who loses the pick has the right to reverse the deal or take a similar round draft pick (if available and if that slighted owner agrees to it.)
2.) If the pick was moved in a deal AFTER the initial deal was done, the owner who acquired the pick last (but didnt really have rights to it) will have the choice to get a similar pick or any player off the team he traded with equal to the round value (1st 77-84, 2nd 72-77, 3rd 72-68, 4th and lower 70-under). The team that initially got the bonk pick has the same choice from the owner who sold the bonk pick. All deals could also be reversed so long as it doesn't interfere with any other deals.
If an owner trades a bonk pick, that owner loses a draft choice closest (by projected pick number) to the bonk pick. If no pick is within 1 round of the bonk pick, then that owner will lose his best rated skilled offensive player for the season (qb, rb, wr, te).

| Just so EVERYONE is clear, as has been posted via twitter many times, here is the rules on accepted trades:
1.) If both owners agree to a deal via twitter (publicly) and one owner posts it via twitter to #mrlinception or/and on the message board the deal is complete and can not be backed out of unless BOTH owners agree to back out of it within 5 min of post time.
2.) If an owner is seen manipulating a deal after it was agreed upon via twitter (whether it is posted on #mrlinception or forums or not), he is subject to suspension penalty and/or removal from league.
3.) If an owner backs out of more than 1 deal (whether the other owner agrees to it or not) that owner will be deemed not fit to trade and will be removed from the league.
So in summary: DO NOT ACCEPT A DEAL UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE YOU ARE OK WITH IT. Leveraging deals, cold feet, and general stupidity will not be considered adequate excuses. You are your own man and are responsible for your own decisions in this league.

| SEASON 3 RULE CHANGES/ADDITIONS
1.) No Surprise Onside Kicks (as banned in standard MRL Classic play) 2.) No Shake Defense Allowed in any formation 3.) 5 missed games for ANY reason is auto removal from league. 3 games in a row (for ANY reason) auto removal from league. Not being able to connect due to PSN is no longer a valid excuse when it comes to excessive games missed. Self removal or giving the OK to remove due to scheduling problems STILL count as a missed game. 4.) If someone produces evidence of a major rules violation (as dictated by severity of the infraction and game situation) that costs an opponent a win, should punishment include, but not limited to, the transfer of a draft pick? 5.) Offensive lineman can not line up at WR spots. Since the Defense can not sub in LB's at CB spots it gives an unfair advantage when running the ball with OT vs CB (Pancakes).
