Bad Team

Do you guys feel its harder to play with a harder team like the rams, chiefs, bucs, lions and if so do u feel better after a win vs a better ranked team. I asked because ive been playing with the lions in unranked games and i have been hammering people and it feels good. Im trying to build up enough confidence to use them in a ranked game but their def is too slow for me i think

its pointless because at the end of a loss you realize it wasnt neccesarily that u didnt play good but due to u using a bad team u lost. u will drop alot of passes while at the same time not forcing any drops

yeah i agree with RAM don't give yourself any excuses after a loss

just forget them other teams, the one in bold is all you need...lol

You always fell better when you win with a weaker team than a higher team, but if you loose you don't have to get annoyed about it, as you can put the blame on the team

i was in a franchise where i used the lions and i smashed everyone in there until the owner deleted the franchise, Calvin Johnson aka "MEGATRON" is the best reciever in the game to me. so i feel u can win with any team, u may just have to change ur playstyle to fit the team that u r currently using at the time.

exactly. using ATL in 08 was rough but very do able.....and it made me feel great when i smashed NE/DAL

It doesn't matter what team i use i always feel good beating the cowboys

yeah its actually pretty fun to play with the lions, like you said MEGATON is a beast, but they also have other descent WR and they have a power back and a speed back.

I always use the team that has the following at each position:

Quote :

QB: Accurate.. QB2: Fast [Always want a mobile QB as my backup.. I'll use him in some situations]

RB: SPEED+CARRY RB2: Higher carry than my #1 RB.. I'll stick him in to drain the clock..

WR: 6'3"+ / 88+ speed.. / 80 CIT+

TE: Speed.. They are all usually 6'3"+ so height isn't really a question..

OL: Speed.. OL Ratings don't matter, but if they are fast enough, they can recover more quickly.

DL: In the 3-4, I want tall DL.. Speed is second for 3-4 DL.. 4-4/4-3: Speed then height

LB: At LEAST, 4 80+ speed LBs.. Prefer 6'2" +

FS: 6'1"+.. Prefer 6'3"+ At least 88 speed
SS: Speed first.. 90+ speed.. SS usually cover TEs.. I always want my defender to be faster than the player they cover..

CB: SPEED.. Height is a plus, but usually there aren't 6'1"+ fast CBs

I will always use the team that will help me win the most.. I know people that don't want to use "bandwagon" teams because people that use the bandwagon teams are pussies.

I don't consider giving yourself the best possibility to win a pussy.. I consider it being smart.

Why use a team that isn't the best? Why hamper yourself even more?


Also, NEVER start switching teams just after one loss.. Look at the replays and fix what the problem was.. If you couldn't run the clock out to end the game, then work on clock management.. If you couldn't get a TD in the redzone, work on your redzone offense..
I bring this up because my friend Warrior4God never wants to use the Cowboys because they are a bandwagon team.. He will use EVERY team BUT the Cowboys.. If he loses once, he will switch playbooks and teams.. That isn't the answer.. Switching playbooks will just make it more difficult on yourself.. You can't just pick up a playbook and use it for one game and expect to beat someone else.. The other person is probably not using their playbooks for the first time like you are.. You put yourself at a disadvantage..

if u dont want to use the boyz u can use saints or vikes they should work

Trying to play as my beloved Bucs is one of the reasons why I have a controller graveyard. I tried so many times to use them as my primary team, and I can get the offense rolling pretty good, but god d@mn the defense is horrible. It literally has cost me dozens of games that I would've won if I were using a better team. So I have finally given up on using them for good, unless the person I am playing is not very good.
