online?

Is it just me or am i the only one that cant play anybody in the lobbies or on my friends list ranked?

I know you can't play friends list on ranked.

You can play people on your friends list ranked.. Go to the main menu, hover over Online.. Move to "Play with Friends"
The option on the right will let you invite friends.

Invite your friends.. Choose a ranked/team play/ unranked game.

it just says this is not allowed and throws u in a quick match random match

Oh ok, d@mn.. I didn't know that.. Wow, that's really stupid.. It prevents cheaters, but what if you want to play a friend & make it count for something? Instead of playing for money, putting your rank on the line..

Man, EA did terrible with the online features. They made everything way too "newb" friendly..
It takes too many steps to just invite a friend to an unranked game.. They made the stupid Strategy Pad that explains everything.. They actually made a game mode to have plays called for you.. How can someone like that? Sweet, the CPU picks plays for me!! Not fun.. It's like Superstar mode playing as a QB..

Im hoping the patch fixes more than the pad.........

Lol all you guys are so negative, I think EA is just trying to give the people what they want. But people are pretty hard to please.

i think sometimes people forget that madden is a video game...

Yeah i play madden very competitively and i don't agree with all the things EA does, but its still my favorite game just adapt...

How are they giving the people what they want? I never heard anybody say i hate using triangle to adjust my plays we need to switch it to the d-pad to make it more complicated. or i really hate being able to invite people to a ranked match i want to play against the same team every game with people who duck matches so they dont get a loss.

If EA was giving people what they wanted Rocket catches would be gone, no more suction blocking, and would add multiple hit tackles.

lol idk maybe its just me, but i like havin RC in the game, suction blocking doesn't really happen and multiple hit tackles is in the game.

EA could make the perfect game and you would still have something to complain about. The people who win games don't have much to say, i wonder y that is????

The D pad is actually more simple it spells everything out right in front of you. its just a different rhythm than your used to and its not as quick. And whats the big deal about not being able to invite your friends to ranked matches?? unranked are the same thing. it prevents people from boosting, which i could care less if they boost.

Who cares about online record just play the game...

i was thinking the same thing....but id rather play someone i never played before
