Would you rather have a team full of short but all 95+ speed recievers, or a team of all slow but 6'5+ recievers?

what is the best defense for defending the stick concept more specifically shotty snugs stick?
I realize it is a great play and you probably cannot completely shut it down, but what would

Is there a defensive play that has a high risk but can easily cause a pick when you really need one?(or one with out risk, lol)

just a tip about the coin toss for MORECOWBELL (great name) anyway remember what the cointoss was at the beginning of the game. for me i ALWAYS choose heads so i never forget. but if by chance you have a OT game the coin toss will almost EVERYTIME be the same result as the coin toss @ the beginning of the game so be like an elephant and "never forget"
