Is Madden 11 Harder on Xbox?

First of all I'm not trying to start some sort of PS3/Xbox argument thread or anything. I'm specifically talking about the controllers. I have PS3 and pretty much play nothing except PS3 but I recently played Madden on Xbox and I had a hell of a time with the d@mn strategy pad using the Xbox controller. It was a combination of me not being used to the placement of the D-Pad and the fact that it is a floating D-Pad on Xbox rather than the four separate buttons on PS3. So for people that play Madden on both systems, do you find that pre-snap adjustments are easier to make on PS3 or is the Xbox controller just something you get used to over time?

I had been playing madden exclusively on ps3 for the last few years...due to my ps3 going out...i got ax xbox360...im lost on the buttons...I think its due to being used to ps3 remote...Im assuming the more you use it the more you will become comfortable with it!

i hate the 360 controller...

its to big and bulky for me and i dont like the d pad

Smoother on the xbox. Way better net. PS3 has alot of lag or at least it does for me. Can use me stick on Xbox without all that lag.

is it worth having both systems to play on or should i just stick with madden on ps3?

idk if its that im used to the xbox controller, but i prefer it over the ps3...

but that didnt stop me from buyin one of those new glowy PS3 controllers, b/c its basically the same layout as the Xbox 360 ones, just incase of a local ps3 tournament...

Ive used both for a couple years now and ive found that xbox online has less lag. But thats just me. I play more ps3 than i do xbox right now not exactly sure why i just prefer it. I would say if you can get both. I like being able to play anybody i meet and for the most part its exactly the same.

Yeah thats true. I been thinkin about picking up an xbox for a minute but i been with PlayStation so long i kinda feel like a traitor lol

I play on both everyday. I use to hate 360. I like the ps3 controller better for sure but the 360 is great on XBL and it lags way less then ps3.

yeah i think ima go pick up dat 360 when I get back home in January fa sho!

dont they have those new "gamepad" 360 controllers?
