i think in this game at certain positions if you have a 70ovr rated player with speed and a 90ovr rated player with speed at the same position, like HB, or WR, or CB, alot of times you barely can tell any difference in there play, when obviously the 90ovr rated player should play alot better, but speed is the most important rating in madden so you cant tell as much of a difference if you have speed....

jacoby ford should play at alot lesser level, than hester, or d. jax, but is comparable because of speed! this is what makes the raiders a beast of a team, speed everywere!

Look..The difference between a 90 overall and a 70 overall player is the fact that the 90 overall is a more POLISHED player

meaning if its a rb he is gonna have a higher carry, trucking, elusiveness, catching yada

if a wr its gonna be catch, route running, cit, beat press, yada yada

if its a cb its gonna be man coverage, zone coverage, press * only important stats for cb*

and thats why the raiders will never be #1 in my book....they simply are not a polished all around team and they will FAIL u in the most clutch times...I can promise you that...

if u wanna join the darkside, then so be it...but in the end the darkside always loses to the "light side?" ( what would be the "lightside in madden??...." haha prolly cowboys....but anyways.....

Yeah I know the 90ovr player is gonna be much more polished and give high level performance all the way across the board, I just meant that the 70ovr speed player skews the difference,or closes the gap between the 90ovr player who can have speed as well,because speed means so much in this game.....

And when I loose with the Raiders its because the WRs get the Dropsies!! (There not 90ovr polished WRs)
And when Campbell can't hit the broad side of a barn! Obviously he isn't a 90 ovr polished QB...
With the Raiders 'large quanity' of team speed and a skilled /knowledgable player using them, they can be very dangerous,and tough to stop,I personally like using them,but not all the time....they do seem to be the flavor of the month team! Lol

I've been playing with the Raiders since Madden 96.. even with 65 ovr JaMarcus/67 ovr Grad last year. I have never played with any other team online unless it's Unranked and I'm bored.

no, i tell you what, we will see everyone's true colors after the superbowl, watch what i tell you.we will see where their allegiance is at.last year everyone all of a sudden went to the new orleans ''aints'' because of the superbowl.me personally im not gonna lie, i like the raiders for one reason, asomugha, thats it, i am a defense first guy.if aso went to the browns im running with cleveland, simple as that.i dont care about speed like that, my allegiance is with Minnesota on madden.

feel kinda bad for raiders fans, if you canget past how unaccurately amazing they are in madden, speaking of being inaccurate, anyonr realize how bad some of the ratings are in madden for certain players.....

And yes, I ran the ball everytime. I realized how BAD his offense was and decided that all I needed to do was get points every drive and he'd never beat me....considering I had like 5 picks in his territory...I was content to power o my way to victory, lol....no throws...111 yards rushing 0 passing...

Playin with the raiders only make you think ur good...... i have more fun beating the raiders than i do playing with them....just sayin
